*Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. For additional people, there is an additional charge of $6 per person, ages 5 and over. If you choose to have more people than the recommended capacity, the $6 charge applies to all people, REGARDLESS OF AGE. Cribs are available.

Shepherd of the Hills / SDC
50th Anniversary Special Rate.
If you have a 50th Birthday or 50th Anniversary in 2010 and a ticket to either Shepherd or SDC, your base rate for 2 people will be $50.00 plus tax per night, for Individual or Duplex Cottages. There is a 2 night minimum and reservations are required. This offer applys to only one visit per customer. (See above for additional charges for additional people.)

Reservations:
Reservations in advance are recommended. Since the Cottages are in very high demand, please remember that you are financially responsible for the number of days you reserve.
 Deposits should arrive no later than 10 days after making your reservation, or you will be removed from the calendar.  You may instantly guarantee your Cottages with MC/VISA/DISC/AMEX. The balance of your fee is due at check-in. 		Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before arrival date to receive a refund.
(minus a $10 service fee)
We do not overbook, and "no-shows" will be charged. These policies have been established because the majority of our guests reserve their Cottages well in advance for their vacations, and because of the limited number of Cottages available.
